Conclusion

We can conclude that social media writing and business/formal writing is different from each other, but at the same time some points proves that they have some similarities. Both are different from each other. Each one of them have their own format, way of writing and presenting to the audience. It is not like that you should only have formal writing skill is very important if you are working. Social media writing skills are also very important as it is used by us in our informal (personal) life. Writing skill is also a very important part in the business world. 

To sum up, points you should remember while doing business writing:
  • Appropriate format
  • Correct words
  • Spelling and grammar check
  • Add photos & videos for more clarity
  • Proper presentation as per the audience
While on the other hand, social media writing have to be done as per the liking of the reader. It also requires the use of correct words and grammar. Avoid using jargon which creates a confusion in the reader's mind. Social media writing don't have rules or anything like that. It is done sometimes to have fun or with a particular purpose. It is also important of have social media writing skills with business writing skills. 

Both of them helps us to polish our writing skills as well as in improving our communication skills. Sometimes you can learn to communicate properly if you can write properly.
